Medical devices and clinical consumables supply in a March 2019 no-deal scenario: an update

The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has written to health and care providers to update them on medical device preparations for a potential no-deal Brexit.

The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Matt Hancock, has written a letter explaining what the health and care sector needs to consider in the period leading up to March 2019. This includes:

  • the continued supply of medical devices and clinical consumables
  • changes to government planning assumptions
