Preparations for a potential no-deal Brexit – latest guidance

As you will have seen, the Withdrawal Agreement was voted down last Friday meaning exit day, as agreed between the EU and UK in international law, will be 11pm on the 12 April 2019, unless a longer extension to Article 50 is granted.

Leaving without a deal remains a possibility, so Government is continuing with its no deal preparations to ensure the country is prepared for every eventuality.
